In late 2013, Marco moves to Holland with a guitar and a suitcase of (broken) dreams. He meets Angelo in a bar, ex-drummer with high-school experience and a secret passion for singing in the shower. An online ad brings Coen, wannabe-guitarist with a repertoire of 4 chords. The trio starts practicing “ Proud Mary” and a few other outdated hits, led by the motto “ Creedence is the standard”. The project doesn't really take off and the young Coen moves to another band.
In spring 2018, Marco and Angelo with Andrea, a cigar-box player who got a bass for 20 euro and a bunch of candies, decides to relight the fire of classic rock calling back Coen.
All around Delft, the band starts spreading the vibe of the 1960's and 1970's, but with an acoustic touch.
Coen and his Italian Uncles are the quintessence of all those good'ol tunes that you didn't believe anybody would still dare to play in current days.
